Recently, many Google Adsense publishers saw their account either disabled or permanently ban. many attributed the cause to the wide-spread news that there’s a massive attack on Adsense.
I too got disabled, though i have been reinstated after an appeal. i thought maybe i was a victim of the above attack, i never knew the cause of mine was as a result of false impression.
You may ask, you knew the Adsense policies, why did you disobeyed it?
I did a major redesign of my blog because i didn’t like the look, each time i make a design change, i always preview my blog to see how it look which was a normal thing to do, i never knew that i was generating invalid and false impressions. some weeks after this blog design was completed, i received this shocking mail from the Adsense team

I was shocked because i have never gone against their policies. one sucking thing about Adsense is, they won’t tell you the exact reason why your account was disabled.
For you not to lose your Adsense account as a result of invalid or false impressions, you need to stop your computer from viewing your displaying Adsense ads.
To do this, i suggest you install Adblock plus.

Now that you’ve successfully blocked your computer from viewing your own Google Adsense ads, i don’t see any reason for Adsense banning you for invalid and false impressions.
